Thanks™ sells beard care products directly to customers. You can reach us any time at help@thanks.com.

When you place an order or start a subscription we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, along with the items and amount of your order. If you leave a review we store the name, rating and comment you submit. If you ask our product advisor a question, the text of that question is sent to an AI provider to generate a recommendation.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card information directly.

To take payment, ship your order, manage recurring subscriptions, answer your questions, handle returns, and — where you allow it — publish approved reviews on our shop page.

Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe for payments and subscriptions, our hosting and database provider for storing orders and reviews, our AI provider for advisor answers, and delivery partners for shipping. We do not sell your personal information.

Order and subscription records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Reviews stay until you or we remove them.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Email help@thanks.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.

We use only the cookies needed to keep the shop and checkout working. We do not run advertising trackers.
